London Weight Loss Retreat And Holistic Weight Loss Boot Camp
The FitFarms London Lodges are extremely popular due to the contemporary spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Your lodge also has the added benefit of having a luxurious hot tub to relax in during your down time. The furnishings are soft and neutral giving a luxurious country feel to the lodges. This accommodation is also pet friendly but we also have the option of non pet accommodation if stated upon booking.
• Retreats typically last 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 nights with daily fitness routines, nutritious meals, and educational workshops.
• Schedule includes early morning “Wake Up Workout,” countryside walks, Pilates, strength & conditioning sessions, and workshops on fat loss techniques and mindset support. Meals are nutrient dense, catering to all dietary needs.
• Accommodation, three healthy meals per day, tea/coffee, guided group activities and hikes, all fitness/workshop sessions, and after care support delivered by ITV’s Health & Fitness Guru team.
